SUVLAKI

Spolupráce s restauracema mě baví v tom, že se nejedná o jeden typ, a tentokrát mě to zavedlo až do řecké kuchyně, kterou jsem pořádně nikdy neochutnala. 

Restaurace Suvlaki se nachází v Shoreditchi. Tam už jsme s Dominikou několikrát byly, takže jsme neměli absolutně problém s tím, to najít. 

Dorazily jsme právě na otevíračku, takže jsem byly jako první. Jelikož jde o tapas restauraci, jídlo "sharujete", takže spíš takový uzobávání, ochutnávání, ale i tak jsem byla plná. 

K pití jsem si dala opět červené víno a Dominika bílé. První chod jsme měli rýži s masem, což byl snad nejlepší chod. Následoval špíz z kuřecího masa, grilované kuřecí gyros s rajčaty a příloha hranolky, které jsme měly i k následujícím jehněčím žebírkům a nakonec musaka, což je také z jehněčího. Ale to byla tak překombinovaná věc, že nám to moc nechutnalo. Dezert to ale napravil a Dominika si dala vanilkovou zmrzlinu a já tiramisu, které bylo ultra lehké a fakt skvělé! 

Jsem ráda, že jsem vyzkoušela zase něco jiného, ostatně mi zrovna někdo nedávno řekl, že musím zkoušet a zkoušet, tak se tím asi začnu řídit:)

The Suvlaki Restaurant is located in Shoreditch.
We have been there for several times before, so we did not have any problem of finding it. 
We just came at the opening time, so we were very first people in the restaurant. Because of it a tapas restaurant, you shere the food, so it's more about picking, tasting, but still.. I was full when we were leaving, haha. 
I had red wine for drink and Dominica went for white wine that time. As a first meal we had rice with meat, which was probably the best food of them all. The chicken meat skewers followed, then grilled chicken gyros with tomatoes and chips came, then the lamb ribs and finally musaka, which is also a lamb meat. But there were sooo many tastes that we did not like it very much. Dessert made our tastes better after musaka. Dominika had vanilla ice cream and I had a tiramisu, which was ultra light but really great! 


I am glad I tried something new. Also one person told me recently I should try new stuff, so I probably will follow this advice:) Again, thanks for having us!
