This time we started the day at Solo Bakery, where we went for a Danish-style breakfast — and yes, chai latte again. I have to say, the pastries were absolutely perfect. You can choose between seeded or poppy seed versions, and honestly, both looked incredible.
Since it was a rainy autumn day, we fully embraced our usual café lounging routine. So our next stop was Typika in Karlín, where we just had drinks — prosecco for me and apple cider for Ivet.
Because we were still pretty full from breakfast, we kept it simple later on and just grabbed an open-faced sandwich at Antonínovo pekařství at Jiřího z Poděbrad. Before that, we randomly rediscovered Kasárna Karlín after a long time — and found out that the photo booth that used to be near the National Theatre has actually moved there.
It was one of those chill, easy days — but as always, totally worth it.
