Italský spam je tu a začínáme PADOVOU.
A proč Padova, kromě toho, že je to krásné město? No protože, že je "po cestě", a tak jsme se po 9 hodinách cesty ubytovali právě tam, vyspali a pak mohli započít naše objevování Itálie a Toskánska. A právě první den jsme komplet věnovali Padově.
Na dovolenou jsme vyrazili v rodinné sestavě, a to komplet - já, mamka, brácha a dokonce i Maya. Takže kudos Maye, že vše zvládla, a to hlavně ty cesty autem.
Procházku městem jsme začali hned cestou ke katedrále, kdy jsme přímo na proti ni sedli na snídani - kafíčko a croissant. Pokračovali jsme dál směrem k divadlu přes náměstí dei Signori a až do modernější části města a k Arena Romana. Cestou zpět jsme naopak navštívili náměstí della Ragione a tam si dali naprosto skvělou focacciu k obědu. A celou tour zakončili u Prato della Valle a basiliky svatého Antonína v Padově.
A pak hurá na cestu směrem Florenci, kde jsme měli ubytování na tři noci. Tak sleduj další články, jelikož toho tam je ještě fakt dost.

And why Padua, apart from the fact that it is a beautiful city? Well, because it is "on the way," so after a nine-hour drive, we stayed there, slept, and then began our exploration of Italy and Tuscany there. We spent the first day entirely in Padua.
We went on vacation as a family, all of us—me, my mom, my brother, and even our dog Maya. So kudos to Maya for handling everything, especially the car trips.
We started our walk through the city on the way to the cathedral, where we sat down for breakfast right in front of it - coffee and croissants. We continued towards the theater across Piazza dei Signori and on to the more modern part of the city and the Arena Romana. On the way back, we visited Piazza della Ragione and had an absolutely delicious focaccia for lunch. We ended the tour at Prato della Valle and the Basilica of Saint Anthony in Padua.
And then we headed to Florence, where we had accommodation for three nights. Stay tuned for more articles, as there is still a lot to see.
